When we live with chronic symptoms or pain, it might seem counterintuitive to turn towards our pain, but facing our struggles is where the path to change lies. We help guide you toward safely acknowledging and accepting your pain, or diagnosis so that you can work with it, instead of against it.
Reframing & Finding Meaning
For some, creating new meaning or purpose with their illness is a key component of healing. We define healing as learning to be our true selves in any situation, you don’t have to be cured in order to heal. We guide you to an empowered mindset with your illness, which can change your quality of life, even when your illness doesn’t change
